BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

B6T Transportation Form - DUE MONDAY

Mrs. Kalbach needs this form on file for every student who will be in grades K-8 next year. The form is sent to your public school district. It is needed for all, especially in those districts that provide payment in lieu of transportation because they transport their local students to their public schools. Be sure you SIGN the form. Mrs. Kalbach has had to return some to parents so they can provide their signature. If you need a paper copy of this form sent home please let her know.

2025-2026 Early Registration

Be sure to complete your re-registration for the 2025-2026 school year to take advantage of the early discount. Early registration fees are extended through Monday. Mrs. Scioli will adjust FACTS accounts to regular re-registration fees on Tuesday morning.

You can complete the re-registration process by submitting the forms found below.

Tuition Agreement: ONE per family for PK and ONE for K-8 - Submit both forms if you have children in both PK and K-8. Tuition will be adjust according to the multi-child discounts in the chart below.
Textbook Request Form: ONE per CHILD in grades K-8. We submit this to the Moorestown Public School District on behalf of each K-8 student enrolled at OLGC.
B6T Form: ONE per CHILD in grades K-8. We must submit this to your resident school district on March 10. Even if you are waiting to re-register until April 1, complete and return this form so we can submit it by the deadline.
COMPLETE the OLGC School 2025-2026 Registration Form for each CHILD

The online registration form will allow us to update our records in Genesis. Please always notify Mrs. Kalbach (school@olgc.me) any time you need to change the contact information we have on file.
