A heartfelt note of appreciation can make a world of difference. It's such a simple yet powerful way to acknowledge the effort and dedication someone puts in. Our district PBIS team is providing an easy and quick way for families to say thank you to our staff members. They can do this through the link provided below. If you have a staff member that you or family would like to thank, please take a couple of minutes to fill it out. It goes directly by email to them. What a wonderful way to make someone’s day!
PTO Flower Sale EXTENDED
The Spring Flower Sale has been EXTENDED until 3/12/25! We have lots of great incentives for students!
* Individual Student Prize: Every student that sells 10 plants will receive 1 raffle ticket for every 10 plants sold and will be entered to win a family membership to one of the following: COSI, Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, or the Heath City Water Park.
* 5 items sold = Extra Recess (Pre K Prize - Popsicle) * 10 items sold = Dance Party (Pre K Prize - sidewalk chalk)
* 15 items sold = Silly string (Pre K Prize - Bubble Blasters)
* School-Wide Prize: If Lakewood Pre K - 5 PTO reaches our $5,800 profit goal, Lakewood Elementary will enjoy an additional inflatable on Fun Day!
* Classroom Prize: The top selling/participating classroom per school wins a movie with popcorn bar
**The Lakewood Pre K -5 PTO will purchase ONE family membership for the one prize winner from Lakewood Elementary and Jackson Intermediate combined. Winner will have a choice of either ONE membership to COSI, Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, or the Heath City Water Park.. There is no cash value in lieu of. If for any reason the prize winner does not collect either the prize being offered, the PTO will select another winner via the raffle drawing.**
