Important AP Digital Exam Information!
If you are scheduled to take one or more Digital or Hybrid Digital AP Exams, carefully review the information in the Digital AP Exam Information for Students document.
Watch the video College Board Student Accounts
Some important details to remember:
You must know your College Board Login and Password. If you do not know it from memory, you will not be able to test and will be charged a $40 unused exam fee. The autofill function will NOT work on exam day! Your login is the email address you used to set up your College Board account. If you don't remember your password, watch the video in the link above.
Be sure your school-issued Chromebook is fully charged. If your device is not fully charged, you may not be able to finish testing. We have a very limited number of loaner devices. Academies of Loudoun students are the only students guaranteed a loaner device for testing.
You must use a school-issued Chromebook. If you do not have one, see tech support as soon as possible. If there is a problem with your Chromebook, see tech support as soon as possible for a loaner while your device is repaired. You may NOT use your personal computer to test. Academies of Loudoun students will be given a loaner device on the day of testing.
Be sure to launch Bluebook on your school-issued Chromebook before testing to allow the app to update.
Questions? Email the School Test Coordinator, Michi Bryant, at michi.bryant@lcps.org

Levels of Sponsorship:
Diamond Sponsorship: $500
Platinum Sponsorship: $200

Senior Recognition Ads in the 2025 RVHS Yearbook:
The deadline to order a senior recognition ad to be printed in the yearbook is coming up on Friday, March 21st. This option is open to all parents of seniors at Riverside High School and is available on the same site as yearbook sales. The sales site is available on the RVHS homepage under the resources tab. A direct link is also included below.
https://yearbookforever.com/school-store/KZXW14kt3EFdLWb93Hy3Fjez
After you click on the link, the ad creation option is available at the bottom of the page. Once you get started, you will be asked to register with your email address. You will then be able to upload photos, write a message to include in the ad, and then design the ad from a series of available templates. If you have any questions while working through the process of creating an ad, contact Mr. Wojcik, our Publications Adviser, at dan.wojcik@lcps.org.
Yearbooks will remain available for purchase through the end of the school year.
Hey Juniors...Required Vaccinations for Next Year
Students who still need the Meningitis Type-A vaccine can receive it on April 3rd.
The Health Department will be on campus, however you need to have a permission slip.
Please stop by the nurse’s office and pick up a permission slip
as soon as possible.
All completed slips are due by March 27th.
While the start of the 2025/26 school year is still several months away, it is important that you begin to schedule required immunizations for your student now. All 12th-grade students are required, per Virginia Code 32.1-46, to have the following immunization and to show proof of immunization to the student’s school:
Required Immunization for All 12th-grade Students
One dose of Meningococcal Vaccine MenACWY( Menactra, or Menveo) given at age 16 or older. Please note: Men B, Bexsero, and Trumenba are not the same as MenACWY and will not be accepted in place of the required vaccinations listed above.
The first day of school for the 2025/26 school year is August 21, 2025. Students without the appropriate documentation will not be able to start school on the first day. Don’t wait until August! Immunize your student early and provide your student’s school with the appropriate proof of immunization anytime prior to the first day. Acceptable documentation includes one of the following:
A copy of your student's immunization record, signed/stamped by the provider, showing the date the immunization was given.
A signed note from the healthcare provider on the provider's letterhead stating the date the immunization was given.
A healthcare provider’s signed statement of a permanent or temporary medical exemption for a student who cannot receive the immunization due to medical reasons.
A Religious Exemption Form, which is available on the LCPS website.
Please ask your private healthcare provider, the Loudoun County Health Department, or your school nurse to review your student's immunization record to ensure they have received the vaccine.
Vaccines are available from the Loudoun County Health Department, pharmacies, urgent care providers, or your child’s pediatrician. Contact information for the Loudoun County Health Department is provided below:
Loudoun County Health Department
102 Heritage Way NE, Leesburg
703-777-0236 – Call for an appointment
Parents/guardians will need to submit a copy of their student’s immunization record to the Health Department to schedule an appointment.
MenACWY vaccines will be offered at no cost to the family.
It is very important that all students have the appropriate documentation by the first day of school. Students without the appropriate documentation will not be able to start school on time.
If you have questions about these requirements, please contact the nurse at your student’s school. Additional information can be found on the Student Health Services webpage.
