Grandparents' Day

We are celebrating the Grandparents or

Very Important People (VIP) in our students’ lives!

Friday Morning - November 22, 2024

Be sure to come at the designated Grade Level Time (SCROLL DOWN)

• Come enjoy coffee and cookies from the PTA outside of the gym
• Tour the Grandparent Museum in the gym
• Visit classrooms
• tour our school
• Stop at one of The Photo Booths to get your picture taken with your grandchild, using your phone!!

For your convenience…there will be a school bus shuttle from:

• Good Hope Church parking lot @ Glenwood St & 51st Ave E
• Lester Park School Front Doors

The bus shuttle will start around 8:45 am and end at 10:40am.

Parents/Guardians - Please help our special guests enjoy their morning by letting them know:

1. Make sure they know what time to be here. If they come too early, they could end up having to sit around for more than an hour. Students will be busy outside of the times listed below.

2. If they have multiple students to visit and there are overlapping times, have them come with a plan of how long to spend with each child.

3. There is very limited parking nearby. Please let them know about our shuttle. Not only is it handy, but they may enjoy being on a school bus again! 8:45 am is the earliest they can get on a bus.

Guests will need to wait in the main hall until their designated visiting time
