Next week please bring back:

School-owned instruments
Chromebooks/chargers
Classroom books
Uniforms (track or any other)

In return, pick up:

Spring pictures
Yearbooks (if they have been delivered)*
Locker contents
Gym locker contents
Art Portfolios

*Lifetouch is behind in production because they had to close 4 of their 7 printing sites. We will let you know when yearbooks arrive, if they are not in by next week.

Procedure for the trade:

You will not get out of your car. You will roll down your window and give us the student(s) name. We have teachers inside that will bring out your belongings and collect anything you need to turn in to us. We will be wearing gloves and masks. You are encouraged to do the same. If you prefer, you can hold a sign with a name. We can place your things in the trunk of your vehicle.

Closing out the year....

All assignments are due to the school by 3:15pm on Friday, May 22nd.
You will be able to see your 4th quarter and semester grade by May 27th.
If you are a rising 7th grader, please make sure you have completed your electives form.

Lastly, we don't know what the fall will bring and how exactly school will look. We will be sending out updates periodically this summer as information becomes available. The faculty & staff at Hellstern wish you all a great summer. Please be safe, have fun, enjoy the sunshine, and keep reading!

Volleyball Info

Current 6th graders: Please complete this FORM if you are planning on trying out for the 7th grade girls volleyball team. This will help in planning for tryouts, when we are allowed to move forward.

Library Books

Use this link to see how to check your library account. Please drop your books at the school this week. We still have 1200 items checked out by 750 students, this is an estimated cost of $17,000.
