Blue Jacket Buzz
Aynor Elementary School Newsletter
Dear Blue Jacket Family,
Our students have been off to such a great start this school year. Most students have completed their beginning of the year MAP and DIBELS testing. Teachers use this information to determine the best ways to help your child be successful and grow academically. Our students are super excited about the Boosterthon Challenge. Parents, thank you for helping our AES PTO with this fundraiser. Our Blue Jackets have been doing excellent with arrival in the mornings. Students have been ready to jump out when they enter the car rider drop off zone. Keep up the good work. The car rider line is the safest way for arrival and dismissal. Remember not to walk or drive in the bus loop area during arrival and dismissal for safety reasons.
Our Blue Jacket Best starts next week. Teachers will be looking for students that model a particular life skill. A student from each class will be recognized with a certificate, lollipop, and pencil. Our Blue Jacket BEST Life Skill next week is “Being Organized”.
A BIG thank you to our AES school community for helping our school be the Blue Jacket BEST at all times!!!
Kind Regards,
Mrs. Kinlaw
Thank you Officer Wes Kelly for helping keep our school safe!!!
