Introducing Makerspaces!
Makerspaces now in the library!
Teachers-Make your life easier by utilizing the Makerspace!
Do you have students during ELT who have completed their classwork/homework?
Do you have students in class who finish their work early?
Do you need to make copies during your planning or ELT, but are unable to leave your classroom because you have students?
If any of this applies to you, send your students to the library to enjoy the new Makerspace!
What are Makerspaces, you ask?
Makerspaces are a place in where the students can gather with shared interests, especially in computing or technology. They can work on projects while sharing ideas, equipment, and knowledge.
Students will be able to use the Sphero's, 3-D printers, Littlebits, MakeyMakey, code games on scratch or bring their own personal projects to work on under the supervision of Ms. Elswick.
Makerspace
Let's use the technology in this building! Use Makerspaces to reward students for good behavior. Use Makerspace as an incentive to complete classwork and homework. Use Makerspace to make your life easier :)
Students are welcome at any time during the day. Please send students with a pass.
**Teachers are welcome to come and learn and play also! :)
