Dear Franklin Families,
We had a wonderful first week of school! It was truly heartwarming to see all of our students engaged and eager to return to their classrooms. We appreciate your continued support as we work together to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Important Reminders:
- Sibling Link Program: If your family participates in our sibling link program, please remind your middle school children to pick up their younger siblings in the cafeteria (Grades 1-5) and the media center (Kindergarten). Your cooperation helps ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process.
- Middle School Drop-Off: All middle school students who do not have a younger sibling should be dropped off in carline no earlier than 7:45 AM.
- Safety Resources: We are committed to the safety and well-being of our students. Please take a moment to review the important resources related to safety, discipline, and threat management that was presented to all students this week by clicking here.
- Carline Procedure:We need your support during carline both in the morning and afternoon. Please pull all the way up and remain in your vehicle. Getting out of your car poses a safety issue, and we want to ensure the safety of our students, parents, and staff at all times.
- Contact Information: If you have questions regarding PowerSchool, DashPass, Clever, or any other system, please refer to the contact information provided below.
- Bus Passes:We are currently working with the Foundation to see if we can extend the mileage requirement to allow more students to receive a bus pass. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
- Quarter 1 Club Registration: Club registrations for Quarter 1 will close on Monday, August 19th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any late registrations, so please make sure to sign up by the deadline.
- No School on Tuesday, August 20th: Please note that there will be no school on Tuesday, August 20th. However, the office will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM if you have any questions or need assistance with PowerSchool, DashPass, etc.
New Front Door Buzzer System Installed
For the safety of our students and staff, all doors on our campus are now locked at all times. Our in-person business hours are 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM. During these hours, please buzz the office to gain access. We will be strictly enforcing these hours. If you need assistance outside of these times, please contact us at 561-767-4700. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter in its entirety. We have a lot of important information to share with you, and your attention to these details helps us keep our school community running smoothly.
Have a wonderful weekend!
All the Best,
Mrs. L'Etoile
Important Arrival/Dismissal Time Reminders for Elementary and Middle School
AM Carline Reminder:
For our elementary school students, we have noticed that there is little to no line to drop off students at 7:15 am, which provides an excellent opportunity for a smooth and stress-free drop-off experience. To give your child ample time to settle in and be ready for the start of their classes at 7:30 am, we kindly request that you aim to arrive prior to 7:30 am. Please pull all the way up when in carline. This will help the wait time for all families in carline.
PM Carline Reminder:
For the safety of everyone involved and to prevent traffic congestion that can lead to accidents, we kindly request that you do not park your vehicles on Military Trail or Miner Road during dismissal times.
We understand that waiting can sometimes be inconvenient, but we encourage you to plan your arrival between 2:20 PM and 2:35 PM for elementary students and 3:20-3:35 for middle school students. This will not only reduce your wait time but also contribute to a safer and more organized dismissal process. Please pull all the way up when in carline. This will help the wait time for all families in carline.
Please be aware that the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) has informed us that they will be issuing fines to individuals who park on Military Trail and Miner Road. We want to avoid any unnecessary fines and, more importantly, prioritize the safety of our school community.
Your cooperation in following these parking guidelines is greatly appreciated, as it ensures the well-being of all our students and families. Together, we can create a safer and more efficient dismissal experience.
HANDBOOK HIGHLIGHT: Communication- Chain of Command

To support positive communication, please follow the established hierarchy for addressing concerns and making specific requests (e.g., conferences). Requests should be submitted in writing via email to the appropriate
