• Forest Helping Hands - As we say here at Forest, "Many different trees, one Forest Family". Your Forest Family recognizes that difficult times can happen to any of us: injury, illness, job loss, medical expenses, family struggles. We want you to know that if your family needs a little help, we will do our best to connect you with the resources you may need to make it through that difficult time. We have a wonderful, supportive community that wants to help, if we know help is needed. If your family finds itself in an unexpected circumstance, please do not hesitate to contact our school's Social Worker, Doreen Zak, at 716-626-9802. She is aware of several groups from within our Forest Family and throughout the community at large that are more than willing to provide for those going through a tough time. We will keep all information strictly confidential and will do her best to connect you with the resources that will help you get through your time of need.

• If your child has a change of dismissal plans, please send in a written note to the teacher in the morning. We cannot accept emails or through the teacher Remind app. The Main Office maintains the dismissal list. If it is a last minute change and too late to write a note, please call the Forest Main Office at 716-626-9800. We will then get it approved, update the dismissal list, and advise the teacher of the change.
• If you are a regular pick-up and have a laminated number, please display it on your windshield so we can get your child to you as quickly as possible.
