Hello BCS!

We had a busy week at Bridport, with many, many moments of joy, growth and celebration. I am continually blown away by the dedication and compassion of each member of our school community. Its hard to believe we only have a month left of school! It feels like just yesterday we were starting our year together.

Its a very busy time of year and there are few things I'd like you to know:

1.On Thursday, June 12th at 1:45PM you are invited to our final all school assembly/celebration of learning! We will be capping off our year and sharing our artwork, learning and memories we made in the 24-25 school year. We hope you can make it!

2. The following day, June 13th, we are headed to VINS to an all school field trip, including our PK 4 year olds! We are leaving first thing in the morning, and will return by 3:30. This will mean that students will ride the late bus home. Please let me know if you have any questions

3. Our staff is incredible! They have done so much this school year to provide amazing opportunities for our kids from field trips, to career day, gift for giving, one school one book... just to name a few! Please check out the link below if you have time to appreciate them publicly by nominating one of our amazing staff for ACSD awards.

Dear Families,
Thank you so much for participating in our One School, One Book reading of A Boy Called Bat! These past three weeks at our school have been filled with excitement, thoughtful book talks, creative activities, and enthusiastic readers.

We truly appreciate your support at home and many students shared how much they enjoyed reading and discussing the story with their families. It's been a wonderful experience bringing our school community together through a shared love of reading.

Monday 5/19-Friday 5/23- 5th graders at KEEC

Monday 5/26- No School

Wednesday 5/28- 5th grade to MUMS for Move UP, then Field trip to Tilly Trail

Thursday 6/12- 10AM Preschool Graduation, 1:45 All School Assembly and Celebration of Learning

Friday 6/13- All School Field Trip to VINS

Tuesday 6/17- Last day of School!
