Message from the Principal
Good Afternoon CompSci Families,
I hope this message finds everyone well and ready for a restful weekend. This upcoming week will be an exciting one with 5 days of themed fun for Spirit Week. You can see the information below regarding the different themes each day.
As we move further into the school year, I think it is important to bring the focus back to the procedures and policies that have made for a great start to the school year; specifically the Cell Phone policy. As a reminder to families, the expectation of every student, every class is to put the phone in the Cell Phone tower at the start of every period and to get it out at the end. The reason we are emphasizing this rather than just "out of sight" or "in a bag", is because a cell phone in arms reach has proven to a distraction for individuals. Our goal is to have distraction free environments for our students so they can focus and strive for excellent work production. As a family, we ask that you remind your student of this expectation and reinforce your desire for their full attention during their 5 class periods a day. If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to call or email the school.
Thank you all and we hope you have a great weekend,
Mr. Carter
