Transformation Posts & Host a Post
It’s super simple!
Examples:
- For a new 30-day client: “Hey Sharon, would you go to my page and share one of my posts about health and say you’re excited to be doing your own 30-day reset if you don’t mind?”
- When you get a positive result from a 30-day client: “Beth that’s so awesome! You’re doing great!” And then, “Hey, would you mind sharing one of my posts and comment just what you told me? Tell everybody how you’re feeling and just give me a tag. I have one more spot open for my next 30-day group. You might have a friend who wants to do this too!’
- When someone texts about skincare results, ask if they’d share one of your skincare transformation posts.
Tips on Sharing:
- Make sure your posts are public. At the top of your post, click the 3 horizontal dots at the top right and select “Edit Privacy” and change it to “public”.
- To make it even more simple, choose the post you’d like to have your friend share, click on “share”, and then “more options”, and then “copy”. Then you can paste that link into Facebook Messenger (so they’re already logged in to Facebook) and that way they can literally click on that link and share it to their own wall.
How to Make a Transformation Post
Step 1 - Talk about all the negative ways you felt before you started, or negative things you tell yourself, how you felt and the negative impacts, etc. Make this an attention-getting statement.
Step 2 - What made you FINALLY made you decide to do take action, or what was the turning point for you, or were you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Did someone tell you to do something about your health.
Step 3 - How do you currently feel right now (improvements- no matter if it’s 2 days or 2 weeks)?
TIPS:
- No “Arbonne” and no “30 Days to Healthy Living” in the post
- Keep it short and sweet. People will stop reading if the text looks too long.
- Don’t want to give so much information that they don’t want to talk to you. Want to tell them how badly you felt and how good you feel now, and you want to offer hope.
- If they want to know what you’ve done to feel the way that you feel, then they’re going to talk to you.
- Stop trying to convince people that we have the best (insert products) and trying to get them to buy
- Just start offering HOPE and a SOLUTION to their NEED
- We are no longer sales people to our audience; we’re real people, just like them.
- YOU HAVE TO BE ON REPEAT!! DELIVER THE MESSAGE like church
- Post 2 times a week: post how I used to feel versus how I feel now.
- Get out of your head…you’re repeating your message..over and over again.
- That develops trust and see you and know you…
- No before and afters
- A post of you smiling is the best!
- PEOPLE WON’T LIKE AND COMMENT AT FIRST. Just mix 2 posts a week in with your other like posts and keep going!

- Pain points
- What bothers people
- Offer the solution
- Too much is too much
- More about the pain point and solution than information on the product
How to Follow Up
When somebody comments on your post:
- COMMENT and then move into MESSENGER: “I’ll send you a message right now.”
- Ask them WHY they want to get healthy. And then ask WHY…to get more specific before sending more information
- SEND: “Yes, I can totally help you with that! And this will help you feel like a million bucks. So much energy and honestly happier! Let me forward you come info about how it works”. (Send 30DHL package flyer) And 4 voice memos explaining the program 1 minute. (Go through plan and each product)
- Hey let me forward you some information from my friend and coach Claudia. She’s going to kind of explain how the program works. (Or create your own voice memos.)
When someone comments on a client’s shared post.
(Key interaction: “Give me some more information” is guiding your questions.)
- Text a PM and then to voice memo: “Hey Beth, I saw your comment on Trish’s post. I just wanted to reach out to you. I’m happy to help you get some more information. What kind of health goals do you have right now?”
- Example responses: I feel awful, my hormones are out of wack. I would like to lose 5 pounds, I don’t know if you can help me, I tried everything.
- Engage in conversation like you’re a real person who wants to help a friend (see examples below).
Initial reach out to pre-clients on Social Media:
- ⁃Hey there Abby, I just wanted to let you know I’m opening up my mid-month 30Days to Healthy Living group. I don’t know if you’re looking to manage your weight, have more energy, sleep better or come out of some nasty brain fog, or if you know anyone who is, I have 4 more openings for my next group/mid month group. I would be happy to have you- could I get you some info?
- When they reply yes, start asking questions to get conversation going, e.g. What are your health goals?
- Example conversation:
- I want to lose more weight and have more energy.
- Then you ask “How much weight?” (Get into their heart and connection)
- 10 to 15 pounds. (Need to know their goals, expectations)
- Then you say something like “Yes! I get it, and I can totally help you with that. Are you familiar with the 30Days to Healthy Living program that I coach?”
- NO
- OMG, its life changing. Here, I’m going to forward you some more information. I was just talking to someone else about this program.
- Forward the 4 voice memos (see below)
Or if they say
- 100 pounds)
- Yes that’s totally doable- I would love to help you on your health journey. Realistically I was able to lose 20 pounds my first 30 Days. Its different for everyone. How long are you willing to work towards this goal?
The goal is to GET TALKING!
Four Voice Memo Follow-ups
Four Voice memo follow-ups: Save these on your phone for simple forwarding each time you engage in a follow-up conversation.
