When you get to your short answer section. Copy and paste the questions from a Word document. Less errors occur when editing from Word.
Here on the short answers.
1.Tell us about yourself. In your response, include important things you would want us to know about you and discuss a meaningful time/experience in your life that has shaped who you are.
2.Tell us about your academic experiences in high school. In your response include how you think these experiences have or have not prepared you for college.
3. In what ways would receiving this scholarship impact your life? In your response, please think about your life now, during college, and/or future after college.
Remember this is what they are reading to help them pick the winners of their scholarship.
- You will need to answer your question between 150-350 words. DO NOT GO UNDER OR OVER THESE WORD COUNTS.
- Be creative! You need to make your essays stand out from other student essays!

Once you have completed your short answers to this scholarship please share them with Mrs. Bradley. She has a few teachers who are proofing the essay's. If you could share those before you get back from winter break that would be awesome! Enjoy your holiday break.

STEP SIX
FAFSA!
The FAFSA will not open until sometime in December.
After winter break we will help you with information how to complete your FAFSA.
For right now, creating a FSA ID is what you and your parent/guardian will need to do.
This will help us when it comes time to complete the FAFSA application. CLICK HERE to create your FAFSA ID.
The SAI from your FAFSA must be uploaded by March 15 deadline.
STEP SEVEN - FINAL STEP!
After all the above steps are completed you will need to stop in the Counseling Center and Mrs. Bradley will upload your transcripts. This is the final step of the application process. When we have uploaded your transcripts you will complete the consent form and we will submit the application.
