We are talking about ourselves and our families. We have been learning and practicing routines and procedures for our classroom. The kids are doing great and all coming in with big smiles and are ready for the day.
A few reminders-
* please do not send food to school with your child- we are not allowed to serve it to them and it will go to waste.
* please do not take the tags off your child's backpack. These are how we make sure your child gets to the right place.
* Also - make sure your child is not sneaking toys to school. I wouldn't want them to be taken by another child or broken. We have plenty of toys at school to play with.
* make sure your child has an extra set of clothes at school. If your child comes home in different clothes, make sure a set comes back. I will usually put the child's clothes that were washed back in their cubbies for extra clothes. If you do not want those clothes at school, just let me know I will send them home in their backpacks.
*please make sure you are checking your child's yellow folder when it is in their backpack
* your child is allowed to bring a sweater or light jacket for the classroom, it does get kind of chilly in here throughout the day
