English Classes
All classes provide students with rigorous content that further develops and enhances their English skills. Students in ELD classes created podcasts where they could interview a classmate or create content on a topic of interest. Mrs. Goins and Mrs. Seidell expressed how creative the podcasts were and how they allowed them to learn more about their students. Students were able to utilize technology to showcase writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Students in Mr. Sabbagh’s classes all created a Recipe for Success. The “recipe” incorporated traits and qualities that tied in with how to achieve personal goals (ex., A pinch of hard work or a cup of determination). Students incorporated creativity while also self-reflecting on their own selves to consider what qualities they need to find success in the long term.
