All the grad gear is shipped directly to AIM. About a week ahead of graduation, all seniors will be required to make a check out appointment with Linda the registrar. At this appointment she will confirm with your senior that they have completed all of their graduation requirements. Students will then receive a bag that has their graduation gear and the tickets for the graduation ceremony,
along with a reminder flyer to attend rehearsal at 3p.m. on June 6.
About two weeks before graduation we will send out a survey asking how many tickets you will need for the ceremony.
