At our last assembly, Spike challenged our students to fill this paw print with kind words and phrases. We are so proud of our students for completing this challenge, and committing to using kind and inclusive language!

Jac Carter, Ellie Stoneburner, and Archer Lever's art was showcased at the BVSD Ed Center!

This month, our classroom counseling lessons have revolved around how to be a positive bystander, or an upstander. Our Student Voice Committee members have created an inspiring bulletin board promoting words and phrases that one can use to help support others. We are proud of their thoughtfulness bulldog spirit!

SUMMER SUMMIT INFORMATION

Summer Learning information will be going out today, Friday, February 14th. This will include your child’s invitation and registration details. Volunteers needed for a Rainbow Day event on 2/27/24 at Birch Elementary!

Throughout the school year, BVSD Food Services holds “Rainbow Days” to encourage students to eat a colorful, nutritious lunch by including fruits and vegetables from the salad bar.

Rainbow Days are held in the cafeteria during lunch time and last ~2 hours. We need rockstar volunteers to: encourage students in line to try a variety of produce and engage with students at tables about what it means to “eat a rainbow.” (Bonus points for wearing a salad bar-inspired accessory provided by us!) It’s a fun, easy way to support BVSD’s mission of not only feeding kids nutritious food, but educating them about why it’s so important.

Broomfield High School's spring musical is The Little Mermaid. They will be doing a character experience (similar to what is done at DisneyLand) on March 8th.
