FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR, ALL STUDENTS IN THE BOONVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT

WILL GET A FREE BREAKFAST AND FREE LUNCH EVERYDAY.

FOR SNACK CART ITEMS THAT ARE SERVED AFTER LUNCH EACH DAY, YOUR STUDENT

MUST HAVE MONEY ON THEIR ACCOUNT BEFORE ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED.

ALL ITEMS ON THE SNACK CART HAVE PASSED THE SMART SNACK REGULATIONS FROM

THE DEPARTMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION.

IF YOU NEED TO PUT A LIMIT OR BLOCK ON YOUR STUDENT’S SNACK CART PURCHASES,

YOU MAY CONTACT THE BOONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL OR THE FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR AT

IF YOU CHILD NEEDS FREE OR REDUCED VERIFICATION TO APPLY FOR DUAL CREDITS OR

GRANTS, ETC. YOU CAN FILL OUT THE FREE/REDUCED APPPLICATION (They can get these in the office at any time) AND SEND INTO THE FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE PROCESSED AND A LETTER SENT VERIFING THAT STATUS.

Boonville Schools are seeking to hire high school student workers. Examples of job duties: Picking up trash and emptying can liners, other cleaning or restocking tasks for bathrooms, power washing, painting projects. Students interested in working with us please fill out the form.

This year, freshmen core teachers are implementing specific strategies to increase the academic

success of our 9th grade students. Students are receiving color coded folders in their core class.

RED- Math

GREEN- Science

BLUE- English

BLACK Social Studies

In addition to the folders, they are also receiving paper Pirate Planners to keep track of homework and classwork throughout the week. The freshmen teachers in these classes will be using the folders to help keep their students organized. Folders could be used to store daily notes, activities, study guides, etc.
