Family & Social Services/Back-to-School Fairs

Our Plano ISD Back-to-School Feeder Fairs for the East feeder schools is scheduled for the following date and location:

• East Feeder Schools at Williams High School
• Tuesday, July 28 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

This free community event provides Plano ISD students and their families with back-to-school resources and essentials necessary to be equipped for a successful school year such as: school supplies, district/community support information, as well as physical and mental health assistance programs.

• backpacks filled with schools supplies for each student present and/or with proof of enrollment (while supplies last)
• vendor bag full of coupons, vouchers and information from community agencies and District departments

*Immunizations and vision tests will also be available (limited availability while adhering to all safety guidelines).

1. Go to PISD.edu

2. Scroll down to your left click on New student enrollment for Kindergarten through 12 grade

3. Click on Secondary New student enrollment 2020-2021

4. Read and have the documentation ready to scan, you will need this documentation to register your child (birth certificate; social security card; parent/guardian photo ID; proof of address; most recent report card/withdrawal slip from previous school and immunization records)

5. Click on complete the enrollment form link

6. Save this enrollment forms into your computer

7. Go back to secondary new student enrollment 2020-2021

8. Click on Secure document registration

9. Fill in the blanks and please upload all the documentation provided above. If one item is missing the process will delay since I have to contact you and ask you for this information.

10. Click Submit.

11. I will contact you to make a virtual or phone conference with the counselor your child MUST be present in this conference.

5. Haga clic en completar el enlace del formulario de inscripción

6. Guarde estos formularios de inscripción en su computadora

7. Volver a la matrícula de nuevos estudiantes de secundaria 2020-2021

8. Haga clic en Registro seguro de documentos

9. Complete los espacios en blanco y cargue toda la documentación proporcionada anteriormente. Si falta un elemento, el proceso se retrasará ya que tengo que contactarlo y pedirle esta información.

10. Haga clic en Enviar.

11. Me pondré en contacto con usted para hacer una conferencia virtual o telefónica con el consejero que su hijo DEBE estar presente en esta conferencia.
