Winter Sports at EMS!

Greetings EMS students, parents and families,

Earlier today, the head coaches of our winter sports programs made preliminary announcements during lunches. Each will hold interest meetings for prospective student athletes as the season approaches, so please be sure your student has up to date sports forms and physicals, and is registered in Genesis for their specific sport(s) of interest.

Once available, sports schedules* can be found on the EMS athletics webpage. All students who wish to attend home sporting events must first go home/vacate school premises. There is no charge or admission associated with home games and matches. Doors open at 3:45 and home games and matches begin at 4:00 pm unless otherwise noted or communicated by the coaches. Additional school personnel will be on site whenever practicable to assist with supervision. Spectators and fans are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and follow all directions from school personnel. Students not following the directions of supervisory personnel may lose the privilege of attending future home games. Students in violation of school rules will also be addressed through the EMS Student Code of Conduct.
