Digital Portfolio Night

Digital Portfolio Night is a culmination of hard work throughout the year. Students bring a trusted adult and present a slideshow portfolio of their classes and their best/favorite assignments. It is a time for students to be proud of their progress and recognize the meaningful work that they do at San Antonio High School. Often, they bring their entire family, signifcant others and friends who graduated previous years.

Rubi Castro brought her family, including her mom, graduate Gloria Castro, and little sister.

Graduates Daniel Vieira, Gavin Crestetto, and Austin May joined Josh Jackson.

Graduate Skyler Rojas joined his brother Angel Rojas.

Bite of Reality

Redwood Credit Union brought Bite of Reality to San Antonio on Wednesday, April 30th. Students were able to experience budgeting after being assigned a career and a monthly salary. They used an app on their phones to shop and make choices about housing, transportation, and groceries.

Mrs. Campos sold entertainment to Davian Garcia and Giana Blackburn.

Ms. Jackson sold household supplies to Nick Zaragoza, Kaylee Barajas, Yakelin Quintas-Salinas and Ms. Grzebik.

A volunteer sold groceries to Isaac Valcourt, Angel Rojas and Rodrigo Ojeda.

Warm Springs Fish Hatchery

Mrs. Morilla's Biology classes visited the Warm Springs Fish Hatchery to release the trout they raised in their classroom.

Students release fish as part of a conservation project to replenish the population.

Mrs. Morilla's science classes also raised butterflies and released them into the courtyard at San Antonio.

Exploratoreum End of Year Field Trip

San Antonio students went to the Exploratoreum and Pier 39 for the all-school end of the year field trip on May 16th. They used an app to complete a scavenger hunt in the Exploratoreum and while walking down to Pier 39 at Fisherman's Wharf.
