2022-23 SCHEDULING TIMELINE
January 18 - 21, 2022
- Teachers enter core course recommendations in Skyward and discuss recommendations with students.
January 25
- Parent Information Night for Scheduling - Auditorium - 6:00 PM
January 24 - 28
- Parents may email / contact teachers with questions regarding course recommendations. Students enter course requests through Skyward.
January 31 - February 10
- Guidance counselors meet with all students in English Language Arts classes to review course requests in Skyward and other scheduling information.
February 13 - 28
- Master Schedule is built in Skyward based on course requests
Early March 2022
- 2022-23 CCHS Master Schedule made available to students and parents to view through a Google Sheet and in Skyward
March 2022
- Students will schedule courses in Skyward. Scheduling will open to each grade level at a designated date and time. It is recommended that students prepare by having their first choice and backup choices ready in case preferred sections fill up.
March 21, 2022: Class of 2023 Arena Scheduling
March 22, 2022: Class of 2024 Arena Scheduling
March 24, 2022: Class of 2025 Arena Scheduling
March 26, 2022: Class of 2026 Arena Scheduling
April 2022
- Schedules made viewable to parents/students through Skyward.
May 16
- Deadline for guidance counselors to review schedules and ensure all students are fully scheduled
June
- Student tentative schedules are viewable by students through Skyward
June 30
- Deadline for requesting schedule changes for limited reasons
First Day of School
- Final student schedules are posted and viewable through Skyward
