Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped with our car wash today! Thank you to all the parents who came and helped out in the heat. We could not have pulled this off without you. Special thanks to Samantha Collins and Heavenly Snow for all of their support and the use of their facility!

The girls did an amazing job, worked hard and represented GMS very well! We can't wait to put the proceeds of this event towards our purchase of new cheer mats!

It's time to make our second order. This order contains the warm up and poms. All new team members are required to order the warm ups. Poms must be ordered by 7th graders and new 8th grade cheerleaders. Mascots are not required to purchase poms.

Returning 8th graders - You are only required to order new poms if yours are not in good shape. If need help deciding, please bring your poms to practice and Coach Hall & Coach Bryant will help you determine if you need to order new poms.

Booster Club Parents! We have some important dates and information we wanted to share with y’all.

Other Important Information:

Booster Club dues are $75 for the year and that is due Monday, September 30th. If you would like to donate an additional $25 to the squad for unforeseen items (that will come up throughout the year), it would be very much appreciated! Please send check (made out to GMS Cheer), cash or money order with your daughter to practice.

We will organize meals for game days for your cheerleaders. It is $40 for the Fall Season and you can PayPal Casey Hege at caseyhege@gmail.com . In addition, please also fill out the attached Game Day Meal Program Form and bring it with you to Wednesday’s Parent meeting.

Due to some contracting issues with the district, our chocolate fundraiser is slightly delayed. We will notify everyone when we are able to begin.

We are planning to kick off our year with a bang by starting a fundraiser during the month of September. THE CHOCOLATE IS BACK! Boxes will be delivered to school and the fundraiser will officially kick off soon.

This will be a team fundraiser and all funds raised will go to new, much needed materials for our team such as practice mats, signs, and megaphones. All team members are expected to participate because the fundraiser will benefit our team as a whole. It is our expectation that each cheerleader sell 3 boxes of chocolate. For those who are new to the team, we promise this is easier than it sounds! We had several cheerleaders who sold 2-3 boxes in a single day last year!

New this year - there will be prizes for our top overall sellers!
