Free Dress/Spirit Day Tuesday, October 1, 2024
Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1, 2024 we will be having a wear red, white, or blue spirit/free dress day! Students may wear school appropriate clothes in reds, whites, and blues to show their school spirit!
Book Fair Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who supported our CCA Book Fair! We sold more than 1,800 books and raised money to purchase new books for the library! We couldn't do it all without our wonderful CCA community!
Dress Like a Storybook Character Day!
All students are invited to dress like a book character on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Students must identify what book character they are dressing like by having a copy of their book with them. Book characters chosen cannot be violent or scary. No weapons are allowed to be carried. Book character dress must be appropriate for students to remain in all day. Free dress guidelines must be followed. We will have a literacy parade in the gym where all of our K-4 students will show their book characters and books to our middle school students. If your child does not dress up as a character they can still take part in the literacy parade by showing their favorite book. Our middle school students will actively be looking for different book characters and will be entered into a drawing for identifying the most book characters. Please fill this form out for each child that you have at CCA so that we can identify each book character!
Let CCA Know!
We want to hear from you! What is going well? What questions, concerns, or comments do you have? Interested in joining a committee or getting involved some other way? Please let us know here and we will work to address your questions in upcoming newsletters and/or in 1:1 communication. Fill out this form to Let CCA Know!
Monday Munchies Sign up!
