Sleep deprivation is a serious problem. It can lead into many bad things. In order to get on a good sleep schedule, try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Use the hour before bed as some quiet time and limit naps to only 20 minutes.
Avoid: nicotine, drinking, and caffeine any time before bed.
Signs and Consequences of Not Sleeping!
Signs: having trouble keeping your eyes open and non-stop yawning.
Consequences: Memory problems, depression, weakening immune system, and an increase in perception of pain.
Sleep is more important than you think, without it many things can go wrong.
