Back to School Night is Wednesday, August 28th! Your teachers will have presentations for you 5:30-6:30. Stay from 6:30-7:00 for additional information about the school presented by Ms. Piezas. in the cafeteria.

Our Family Literacy Night is coming up! Wednesday, September 18th 5:30-6:30. Book Fair will open at 5 pm.

Our theme this year is relax and read. So please come in your PJs. We'll curl up on the stage for a little story time.

New this year is a book swap. Bring in any book you have that you've finished with. You will be able to change this book out for another book. It's a great way to get a new book and be kind to the environment.

The weather is changing so much each day. We have quite a few jackets, hoodies and sweaters in our lost and found. Please remind your child to take a look if you are missing some clothing or a water bottle.

All of our classrooms need donations of tissues, cleaning wipes, paper towels, and bandaids.

We need more PTA members! We've all enjoyed the events this year. In order for these events to keep happening we need new and more PTA members. Worried about your language skills? Not a problem, we will work that out. Our students tend to play together during the meetings, so feel free to bring them along. You can email corvalliselementarypta@gmail.com for more information.

Every school day is a day of learning for our students. It's important that students are in class on time and ready to learn. Our students line up at 8:33 and are in classrooms at 8:35.

Students entering the building from 8:35-8:45 will be greeted by our staff and given a tardy slip to take to class. After 8:45 students will report to the office to obtain a tardy slip.

If your child will not attend school on a particular day you may email cor.att@slzusd.org or call 510-317-4999. Please leave a voice mail. Our office checks it several times a day.

Many of our students suffer anxiety. As a parent, I know how helpless we can feel when our children are suffering. Here is an article that talks about some things parents can do at home. Please reach out to your child's teacher to discuss your concerns. We want to help you and your child work through the anxiety and enjoy school.
