Thanksgiving Lunch November 14th:

RSVP for Thanksgiving Lunch

The district's RSVP form did not include visitors' first and last name, which has prevented us from printing fast-lane passes. RSVPs help us organize for large campus events during the school day and help check in lots of people quickly and safely. Leander ISD Safety Guidelines require Raptor Safe Check in for all visitors.

We are excited to welcome you to Thanksgiving Lunch next Thursday. We have worked with the district to open Gupton Stadium for Thanksgiving lunch parking. Please note the information below.

It is highly recommended you park at Gupton Stadium.
We will have a school bus chartering rides from Gupton to Reagan (and back) for Thanksgiving Lunch (see map below for pick up/drop off area).
If you Park at Reagan you may not park on any Red Line. This has resulted in tickets in the past and the campus is not responsible for the ticket.

Entering/Lunch Information:

If you submitted and RSVP there will be a fast lane to get your badge.
You may come to campus early to pick up your badge on the 12th and 13th.
If you have not had your ID scanned in Raptor beforehand and you submitted an RSVP then you will not have a badge. You will need to prepare to wait in line to submit your ID to our receptionist.
There will be plenty of places for you to sit and eat with your student(s) in our MPR (gym). It is community style seating (multiple families to a table).

Pre-K 4 and Kinder: 10:00 am
ELE and 1st grade: 10:40 am
2nd grade: 11:20 am
3rd grade: 11:55 am
Pre-K 3: 12:10
4th grade: 12:30 pm
5th grade: 1:05 pm
