Important Information M-Bar-T program in Big Sky
Gallatin High will be working with Big Sky's M-Bar-T program a bit differently this year. At the end of the twelve week grading period (November 22) a grade report will be pulled. A list of eligible students will be sent to Big Sky on Tuesday, November 26. Students will no longer need to pick up a letter from the main office, but will give their names at the the Basecamp or Mountain Services Ticket Windows after November 25th, 2024.
Students who are not eligible at the twelve week grading period will not be able to pick up a letter later in the season once their grades come up. It is very important that students wishing to participate ensure that they are eligible by earning a 3.0 GPA before the end of the 12 week grading period.
If you have any questions, you can check out this FAQ document from Big Sky.

How Parents Can Get Involved
GHS Parents Advisory Council (PAC)
Mark your calendars! The November PAC meeting is next Tuesday, November 19 at 6pm in the first floor of the GHS library. In addition to updates from Principal Schnee, Lauren Dee, liaison of the Bozeman School Board, will also attend. Please join us and bring any questions you may have! This is the last PAC meeting of 2024 - there is no meeting in December due to winter break.
If you miss the meeting, or to view information from previous meeting, please visit GHS PAC Parent Resources. Highlights, as well as the schedule for upcoming PAC meetings can be accessed there.
The officers of the GHS PAC hope to see you next week and at future meetings. They are a great way to gain valuable information about initiatives affecting GHS students, faculty, and staff. There is no ongoing commitment required - attend as often as you would like!
