Jordane Breha, Principal
Years in the district: This school year is my eighth year at Midview Local Schools and my second year as the principal of West. Previously, I was the liaison at West and taught preschool intervention, kindergarten, second grade, and third grade.
What excites me most about my job: As a proud Midview alumni, I love making an impact in the place where I grew up. As educators, we have the incredible opportunity to influence young minds and play a small part in shaping who they grow up to be, which is what I love most about my job.
Three adjectives students would use to describe me: Adjectives students have used to describe me include creative, coffee superfan, and fashionista.
A few of my favorite things include: I love spending time with my family (especially at the beach!), reading by the fire, and traveling to new places.
What is most important to me in my role: As a principal, my top priority is to ensure that every student, family, and staff member feels welcomed and supported at Midview West.
Bianca Gentile, Student and Family Liaison

Reason(s) I chose to pursue my position at Midview Local Schools: I chose to pursue this position at Midview West because I have a passion for supporting students and their families in the school environment. I wanted a role where I could make a difference in the lives of children by helping to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Furthermore, I believe in the power of a strong family-school partnership, and this position allows me to actively work on building those connections.
Some of my hobbies/interests outside of my career: Outside of my career, I love to play, coach, and watch sports. I have previously coached volleyball and basketball and enjoy supporting our Middies! Additionally, I love to read and spend time with my family and friends.
I am not a big fan of: Laffy Taffy, The Steelers, Crocs with socks, hoodies, and white chocolate.
Working at Midview Local Schools has taught ME: Working at Midview has taught me the importance of adaptability and collaboration in a school setting. I have gained valuable experience in building relationships with students, staff, and families, which reinforces my belief in the power of community involvement in education.
