STAFF SPOTLIGHT
In this edition of our newsletter, we are proud to shine a spotlight on one of our exceptional teachers who continuously demonstrates dedication, skill, and a passion for excellence in her work.
This month, we are featuring Anne Thomson from the Lindbergh High School Social Emotional Program.
Meet Anne Thomson:
Anne has been an invaluable asset to our team since she joined the Lindbergh High School family first as a paraprofessional in 2014 and then as a special education teacher in 2022. Drawing on her talents to work with students who are building their own capacities to emotionally regulate, Anne consistently goes above and beyond to contribute to student success and achievement.
Key Contributions:
Exceptional Performance: Anne works diligently to assist all students who are struggling. She takes the time to talk with students and effectively listens to help them feel a sense of belonging and success when they may be feeling uncertain of themselves and their abilities.
Team Player: Anne collaborates effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive team dynamic in and out of the classroom. She works with all staff members to help create a variety of plans to help students succeed in and out of the classroom.
Innovative Thinking: Anne works hard to come up with new and innovative ways of problem-solving to meet the needs of all students.
Congratulations, Anne Thomson!
Please join us in congratulating Anne Thomson for her outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to excellence. We are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team, and we look forward to watching the continuing success of Ms. Thomson's students.

SPECIAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION
The need for financial assistance is growing at an alarming rate for those with audiology needs. Since hearing aids, hearing molds, audiological equipment, and/or repairs are not always covered by insurance or tax dollars, we need your help more than ever before!
Funds will be used to purchase hearing aids, earmolds, repairs, and all things audiological. On behalf of the students and parents we serve, know that your generosity and support are greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping SEF provide more children with the gift of sound.
