Last Day of School

Parents just a reminder that the last student school day is this Friday, May 24th! It is hard to believe that we are wrapping up the 2023-24 school year and students are preparing for summer. Please make sure that your child has returned their library books, lunch counts are current, and have them check the lost and found.

Medicine Pick-Up

If your child has any medication remaining at the school nurse's office, please remember to pick it up before the last day of school.

For Pick-up: To ensure a smooth pick-up process, kindly contact the front office at 317-398-3185 to schedule a convenient time.

Awards Day For Grades 2-4

Parents, awards day will be held on Tuesday, May 21st in the Coulston gym. Please find the times below for each grade level:

Grades 1 & 2 @8:30

Grades 3 & 4@10:00

We look forward to celebrating the success of all of our students this year! Parking will be available in the bus and front parking lots.

Field Day

Coulston’s Field Day will be this Wednesday. Please make sure that your child wears tennis shoes and has socks for the bounce house. It is also important that they wear comfortable clothes as well. PTO will again be providing Field Day shirts for all of our students, so they can expect those on Wednesday morning! Thanks to our PTO.

Summer Reading Program

Parents the Shelby County Library will once again sponsor the Summer Reading Program that begins in June. SCS partners with the library for our summer reading incentive program. Students who complete the summer reading program will be invited to a reward party in August at the Studio 10 movie theater. We hope that you are able to participate.

Save the Date-Registration for 2024-25

Parents this is a reminder that registration for the next school year will begin on July 23rd. More information will be available throughout the summer. So please put this date on your calendar!!

End of Year Cafeteria Accounts

Parents this is a reminder as the year begins to wind down to check on your child’s lunch account balance. We have several students with outstanding balances that need to be paid before the year ends. If your child has an outstanding balance, please contact the cafeteria. Thanks for your help.
