Weekly Update: June 6th, 2025
Tuesday, June 10th - 4th Grade Fond Farewell
Guests may arrive and begin taking seats at 10:30am. Speakers will begin at 10:45am. Students will enjoy pizza lunch afterward, provided by our wonderful Amherst PTA!
We look forward to celebrating this achievement with our 4th Grade Families!
If you will be dismissing your student after the event, you will need to sign them out at the front office (you can sign them out ahead of the event, at the front office).
Last Day of School, June 12th EARLY RELEASE DAY
Please be aware there is no aftercare on June 12th. YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Hampshire Hills, as well as PMEC, will NOT be available for aftercare on June 12th. Please update Pick Up Patrol 🤩
Note from the Nurses
Please be sure to pick up any medications your child may have in the Clark-Wilkins Health Offices by the end of the school year, June 12. It is difficult to arrange medication pick-up once school is out for the summer and medications will be discarded.
To ensure students' healthcare needs are met in a safe and coordinated manner, please have your child’s healthcare provider complete and submit medication orders for the 2025-2026 school year before the first day of school.
The order should include, but is not limited to: scheduled daily medication for the school day, medications to be given if they are missed in the morning at home, asthma action plans, seizure action plans, and anaphylactic action plans. It is a district policy that new orders for medication be renewed every school year (dated after July 1). Also, please ensure that all medications are not expired.
Please submit new orders, physical exams, or immunization records by scanning to cwshealthoffice@sau39.org
We'd like to suggest organizing emergency medications in a labeled Ziploc bag; this will ensure quick access to emergency meds should the need arise. Storing a copy of the healthcare provider's orders in the packaging, with the dose highlighted, also helps.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns; we are here to help in any way.
Best,
The Clark-Wilkins Health Office Staff: Alison, Ashley and Heather
