The staff are excited to "SOAR" into a new school year!

This year our teachers will be reaching out to their classroom students via email beginning Wednesday, August 14th. You will also be able to view your child's teacher on ParentVue beginning COB on August 14th as well. If you haven't already done so, please take time to log onto your ParentVue account to update your information before the first day of school. There are documents that need your approval and electronic signature.

The State of Michigan has passed a law to ensure children have an opportunity to receive an oral health assessment (dental screening) before they enter Kindergarten.

LCS Supt's Corner- August, 2024

Food Service: Michigan lawmakers have approved the state's budget, which includes universal free meals at school. That means that all students in our district are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch through our Food Services department at no cost.

Although meals are free this year, we still need a Summer EBT and Education Benefits Application completed. This information is critical in determining the amount of money that our school receives from a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs like Title I A, At-risk (31a), Title II A, E-Rate, etc. Specifically, this supports our Intervention Programs at Linden Elementary.
