Everyday there was something fun and fantastic planned.

STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT

Student of the Week!

Eagle Academy honors its highest point earners each week with a certificate, free bagel coupon, and 200 points to spend at the school store. Congratulations Chase!

Duck Hunt Champion!

Eagle seniors competed in a duck hunt this week, with the winner receiving extra points for the school store, and a goody basket. Congratulations, Anthony!

Senior BBQ!

Eagle celebrated its seniors this week with speeches and a goodbye BBQ. Each senior earned a superlative certificate from a mentor teacher.

Kan Jam Tournament

The first Eagle Kan Jam Tournament took place this week, with nine teams competing for the championships. The winners were Mr. Kertz and Elijah, just beating Mr. Langhurst and Elijah despite an impressive series of comeback slams. Students are already talking about coming back stronger next year!

A Beautiful Week! And Pizza from Transportation!

Eagle students spent the week outside in the beautiful weather, playing games and having fun during the last month of school. And our bus drivers wanted to spend some time with the kids, so they brought pizza for all of them! Thanks, Angel, John, and Jamie!

Graduation Caps and Vision Boards!

Eagle students decorated their graduation caps this week in Mrs. Newman's room to have a memento of their high school days. And seniors envisioned their future by creating vision boards.

Launch Day!

Mr. Langhurst's science students put their rocketry skills to the test this week, launching their rockets into the airspace behind the school. Mr. Langhurst braved the exploding ordinance, getting soaked by the water-powered jets in the process. The two winners were Brittany and the team of Gabbie, AJ, and Antoine.
