Continuing & Professional Education at Georgia College & State University
We offer a wide range of programs for all ages and interests. Admission to courses is open to anyone. Interest and desire to learn are the requirements.
Solar Technology & Entrepreneurship
This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of solar power technology. Special emphasis will be placed on the design and installation of photovoltaic electrical systems for both residential and commercial use. Additional emphasis will be placed on green energy entrepreneurship, equipping students with the knowledge of how to start their own businesses in this emerging market sector.
Upon the completion of the course, all participants will receive a certificate of completion. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to install solar panels on local Milledgeville government buildings.
Learning in Retirement
Get involved with the Georgia College Learning in Retirement (LIR) for monthly luncheons, day trips, holiday events, and more! Join in the fun at the upcoming LIR Holiday Social on Saturday, December 16th, at Georgia College.

Declutter Your Life
Join Dr. Stephanie McClure for an interactive workshop where you will:
- Reflect on your challenges related to clutter and organization.
- Identify barriers to your successful organization.
- Learn strategies to address your barriers and challenges.
- Gain resources for follow-up actions.
Adventure in Greece
