DKHS WEEKLY NEWSLETTER
"Do A Job"
January 24, 2025
What a week!! Hopefully, you all have had a chance to defrost and dig out. Aside from being uncomfortably cold, three days of cancellations make for multiple schedule adjustments. Dr. Munger and Mr. Meyers are working hard to get athletic events re-scheduled but at this time of the year as things pile up it can be a challenge to match open dates with opponents and find officials. Watch for announcements as they get those details worked out. My office sits between both of their offices and I can tell you firsthand how hard they are working to not lose events for our kids. It often depends on the other schools' willingness to host or travel on new dates. Your most up-to-date information can be found on Event Link. Mr Meyers has included the directions for access here. Please email him at hunter.meyers@dkschools.org with any questions.
Visit the official app of Panther Athletics and keep up with your Panther teams with the Eventlink App!

This week’s Hogie’s Heroes are Brynlee Babbitt-Smith, Caysen Andersen, Sophie Lebeck, and Mia Kohlen. These 4 made up the high school student body section at the basketball game on Wednesday and were cheering and supporting our guys. Their enthusiasm and willingness to get involved was fun to watch. Join them tonight as our Panthers take on Holland Black River with the JV girls at 4:15 followed by varsity girls at 6 and the boys at 7:30. Come out, get involved and have some fun.
