Missed Schedule Pick-up?
Please complete Infinite Campus updates - Emergency Medical Forms & Student Information:
To ensure we have the most up-to-date information on file, please complete the Emergency Medical Form and review/update any student information changes (address, phone number, etc.) through Infinite Campus, our online student information system.
This can be found by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent portal at [Link to Infinite Campus Login]. These updates are crucial in case of emergencies and to ensure effective communication with you throughout the year and need to be completed in order for your child to receive their schedule.
You can lookup your schedule online starting August 9 @ noon. Unfortunately students are unable to walk the building August 12-14 due to staff professional development and preparation for the first day of school. We will also have a hard copy schedule and map available in your HOUSE period, on the first day of school. Sixth Grade students will report to the GYM through the Athletic Entrance, on August 15 prior to going to their classes.
Additional Resources:
You can find more information about our school, including the student handbook and transportation details, on the school website: https://eastms.gahannaschools.org/.
All schedule change requests are due by Monday at 8:30am
NEW! - Locker Policy
To help maintain a secure and organized environment, each student will be assigned a locker for their personal use. Please review the following guidelines regarding locker use:
Locker Assignment: Each student will receive an assigned locker. Lockers are school property and able to be searched at any time.
Combination Lock: Students are required to provide their own combination lock to secure their locker. This is essential for ensuring the safety of personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Combination Submission: For emergency purposes, students must submit their locker combination to their house teacher. This can be done through a Google Form that will be provided at the beginning of the school year.
Access Times: Students may access their lockers at the beginning of the day, before and after lunch, and/or at the end of the day. *This is subject change depending on grade level teams.
Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure locker experience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to your house teacher or the school administration.
**We kindly ask that you do not decorate the outside of your locker. Please feel free to customize the inside!

First day of school
See below for student drop-off path and pickup procedures:
You must enter from Clotts Rd.
Use the entire loop as shown.
Pull up tight to the person in front of you in our pick up line.
These things will help keep all of the cars off of Clotts Road and allow for our buses to enter the lot.
If you would like to park in the basketball lot and wait for your student, that also works, but make sure the outer loop is free from parked cars.
After your student is loaded, exit via Clotts Road.
Lastly, BE CAREFUL! There are a lot of students and cars in the lot!
