IDs Needed for All Visitors
As some of you may have noticed, all visitors and tardy students must show their IDs at the Administration door camera before being allowed entry into the building. Please understand that this is a basic security measure for our school, and we appreciate your cooperation.
South Korean Foreign Exchange Students
This week, we welcomed several foreign exchange students to our school. Thank you to our host families, our Link Crew students, and Mrs. Bradley for assisting with this effort. We are excited about the cultural exchange opportunities this program provided for our students and hope to expand this partnership in the future
Navy Days
This year marks the 250th anniversary of the United States Navy. To celebrate this historic milestone, the Navy is touring communities across our nation through an initiative known as Navy Days. This celebration aims to inform, educate, and inspire members of our community. We are fortunate to have been selected as one of their stops.
A Navy representative will visit our school on Tuesday, February 18. They will deliver various presentations to select classes on Naval History, Weather Science, and Informational Technology & Intelligence. They will also have a presence during lunch.
Benchmark Testing
We will conduct our third and final benchmark assessment on Tuesday, February 25. We will follow our Benchmark Bell Schedule.
ASVAB
We will conduct our second round of the ASVAB Exam on Wednesday, February 26. This will be only for students who have signed up. Students can see Mr. Haynes if they are interested in taking this exam.
