A Message from the Principals
Dear Pine Brook Families,
Our school community is bursting with gratitude for the support and partnership of our staff, students, and families this week!
What We Are Thankful For:
Our Students: Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and kindness inspires us daily! Our Panthers think of others and help out their peers in multiple ways. Check out our Panther Pride Ticket winners and Leaders of the Month below!
Our Families: Your involvement and support make a significant impact on our school community. Thank you to our families that participated in the Veterans Day assembly, support our fundraising efforts, and for ensuring your students arrive at school ready to learn!
Our Educators and Staff: Their dedication and passion create a nurturing and inviting learning environment. They go above and beyond for their students every day!
Our Community: The collaboration and support from our wider community enrich our school programs and experiences. Thank you for the continued support for our clubs, experiences, and field trips!
Ways to Encourage Gratitude at Home:
Gratitude Journals: Encourage your child to keep a daily journal where they write or draw about things they are thankful for.
Thank You Notes: Help your child write thank you notes to teachers, friends, or family members. Bonus points if they are handwritten!
Family Gratitude Rituals: Start a tradition where each family member shares something they are thankful for during dinner, before bedtime, or in the car.
Acts of Kindness: Encourage your child to perform small acts of kindness - anything they dream up matters!
As a reminder, we do not have school Wednesday, November 27th - December 1st. We wish you and your family a break filled with gratitude.
Warmly,
Andrea and Allie
