Final Exams
Exemptions
May 13th will be the deadline for students to clear fines and fees. Fines and fees must be cleared by the end of the day on May 13th prior to exemption signups. May 14-16 will be the window to signup for exemptions with your teachers. All exemptions are done digitally with the teacher.
Finals Procedures
As a reminder, we are unable to call students out of class while a final is taking place. Please refer to the daily schedule for finals to determine the time you would like to have your student dismissed. This time will need to fall before or after a finals class period.
The earlier a parent or guardian can enter an attendance request in Skyward, the better. We often receive an influx of requests right at the time a student needs to leave and we process those requests in the order that they are received. If you know that you will be checking out your student after a final, you can enter your note as early as today to be processed.
Exemption Policy
Note from the Nurse
If your child needs SHOT RECORDS, email tonya.cooper@misd.org. Please note, this request could take up to 3 days.
