It is with immense gratitude and heartfelt celebration that we share that our incredible Assistant Principal, Kathy Farfan, will be stepping away from her current role at TTES for the 2025-2026 school year. While it was a difficult decision, Mrs. Farfan is excited for a new opportunity which allows her more time to spend with her family.

While change can be bittersweet, this moment is truly a celebration of all that Mrs. Farfan has brought to our school. Her passion for education, her compassionate leadership, and her ability to inspire both students and staff have helped shape the vibrant, supportive environment we enjoy today.

Now, we celebrate her next chapter — where she will be able to continue sharing her compassion and talents with more families. We know that just as she has touched so many lives here, she will continue to bring light and love at her next school site. Please join us in honoring Mrs. Farfan for her outstanding years of service at TTES and in wishing her all the best on this exciting new journey.

As TVUSD begins planning for the 25/26 school year, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to let us know if your child(ren) WILL NOT be returning for next school year. If your student(s) will be continuing their enrollment within any TVUSD, there is no need to complete the questionnaire. We appreciate your time.

• DROP OFF PROCEDURES
  

  • No student entry prior to 8:40 a.m. (AM) or 10:25 a.m. (PM TK-K). Please do not drop off early as there will be no student supervision.

  • There is one vehicle drop-off location:

    • Parents will enter the parking lot on Morgan Hill Drive and drop off students at the front of the school using the middle lane. The lane closest to the curb will be coned off to prevent merging of lanes. Only use Sutter Home Street when exiting the front loop.

  • For students with transportation services, the bus will enter campus at the bus loop.

  • If students ride their bikes or scooters to school, they will park their wheels in a bike area prior to entering the campus. Helmets are required.

  
  

  PICK UP PROCEDURES

  • Siblings may be together while they wait to be picked up. Older siblings will be asked to wait with the youngest sibling.

  • There is one vehicle pick-up location:
    

    • Front of the school: Parents will enter the parking lot on Morgan Hill Drive and pick up students at the front of the school using the middle lane. The lane closest to the curb will be coned off to prevent merging of lanes. Only use Sutter Home Street when exiting the front loop.

    • Bus loop is for students riding the bus ONLY. Please DO NOT use this loop to pick up students. For students with transportation services, aides and teachers accompany students to the boarding location.

  • If a student is riding a bike or scooter, please exit campus in a timely manner and avoid staying at the bike rack. Helmets are required.

All TK/Kindergarten students enter at the gates directly in front of the Kindergarten building. All 1st-5th grade students enter the school through the gate nearest the 1st grade wing (gate is on the left side when facing the front of the school). See image below for details.
