Look who was caught being KIND! Kiley helped a peer who dropped all their materials during passing period. Hannah also helped a classmate pick up their materials when a pencil case fell to the floor. Jayden provided verbal support and encouragement to a peer while answering a hard question. Cole noticed a peer who was disengaged from class and went over and encouraged his classmate to join in a group activity. It's small acts like these that make our school a great place!

Another amazing performance by the CMS Choral department under the leadership of Mr. Shafer! It was terrific to see these students on stage bringing a wonderful show to our community! We can't wait to see what next year brings!

We were able to honor our veterans at a school convocation. A special thank you to Nathanial Schauwecker, Dennis Jones, Jeff Dixon, Tyler Height, and Bob Miller for giving their time to speak to our students about their service!

To deposit money into your child's lunch account electronically visit myschoolbucks.com to create an online account. You can also download the mobile app. Students can bring in cash to lunch, but sometimes that money gets stuck in pockets instead of deposited with the cafeteria staff. Students may bring a lunch from home on any day they choose.

CMS and MCE were awarded with recognition through the Comprehensive School Counseling Program: Carrying the Torch to Student Success! Thank you to Mrs. Stucky and Mrs. Alspaugh for their hard work toward earning this designation for our schools!

Is your student participating in something outside of school this summer where they have been honored/awarded (camp/4H/athletics/scholarship/community service)? We want to recognize those students who are engaged in service opportunities/extra curricular organizations outside of school and receive some mark of distinction. At this month's school board meeting, we were able to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of 8th grader Maggie Keers! She is an outstanding young woman and is highly deserving of the EA3 Award!
