Little Eyes
Hello Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Every day in our schools and communities, young hearts and minds absorb more from what they see than what they hear. These "little eyes" are always watching, soaking in, and mimicking the behaviors and attitudes they see around them. This gives us a wonderful chance—and duty—to be the role models they deserve.
Hey, students, just a little reminder that your younger siblings, classmates, and peers admire you! The kindness you share, the effort you invest in your work, and the respect you show to others create a wonderful example for those who come after you.
Parents and guardians, your children observe how you tackle challenges, rejoice in victories, and show kindness to others. Every moment is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the values of integrity, perseverance, and empathy.
As your superintendent, I’m dedicated to setting a positive example and ensuring our schools are welcoming environments where respect, curiosity, and compassion flourish. Let's take a moment to appreciate the influence of our actions and how they shape the future of those who come after us.
Let's strive to be our best selves every day—after all, young eyes are watching, and what they see in us now shapes their future.
Best wishes,
Dr. Toth

Exploring Artificial Intelligence Together in Our School Community
Hello, Parents and Guardians,
Hope you're doing great! As technology keeps evolving and shaping our world, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a fascinating topic for many to explore and discuss. I’d love to take a moment to share what AI is and how it might connect with our students' learning experiences.
The core of artificial intelligence is computer systems designed to perform tasks typically requiring human intelligence. These tasks involve solving problems, spotting patterns, making predictions, and creating content. AI is already a part of our everyday lives, from friendly voice assistants like Siri or Alexa to helpful recommendation systems on platforms like Netflix and Amazon.
AI brings exciting opportunities to improve learning experiences and provide personalized student support in education. It can help spot areas where students might need extra support, offer personalized practice exercises, or simplify administrative tasks for teachers, giving them more time to concentrate on teaching.
But along with these opportunities, there are also responsibilities to consider. As a school district, we are dedicated to using technology ethically and transparently in ways that align with our mission to educate and support our students. We focus on data privacy and security while thoughtfully considering how AI can be used in our schools to support—rather than replace—human teaching and decision-making.
Talk with your kids about technology and let them know their educators and families are here to help them use it wisely.
We’re here to help! Feel free to share your thoughts if you have any questions about AI or how it fits into our schools. Let's work together to ensure that technology plays a wonderful role in our students' education.
We appreciate your partnership and support!
