*When you put in an absence you need to fill in the reason for the absence at the bottom.

*when you have a workshop or conference you want to attend make sure Mrs. Adam approves that before you register and go.

*Absences that are the DAY BEFORE a holiday -> require approval by Mrs. Adam

*If for some reason you need a sub throughout the night you can still add it to AESOP any time before 6AM,

For our UIL Practices:

• UIL Coaches will have their teams during Tutorials every day except Wednesdays (We will still have 3rd period SEL on Wednesdays).
• Non-UIL coaches will conduct business as usual during tutorials, they will just be missing their UIL students.
• UIL Coaches will send their regularly scheduled students to the cafeteria during tutorials where they will be monitored by our paraprofessionals.
• UIL students will go to their UIL coach(es) every day, except Wednesdays, for UIL practice.
• Non-UIL students will attend their usual tutorial rotation schedule. If their regularly scheduled teacher is a UIL coach, they will report to the cafeteria that day.
• Paraprofessionals will monitor the students in the cafeteria.
• On lunch period days (4,5,6) the paraprofessionals will decide how to split and monitor the students in the cafeteria.
