2024 Summer Information

As we wrap up the 2023-2024 school year, we want to provide you with important information to help address any questions that may arise over the summer.

• High School Transcripts: Must be requested online at Parchment.com.
  
• Elementary School Supply List: Suggested supplies (not required) can be found online
  

Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Friday, 7-11:30 a.m.

We can assist with:

• Enrollment
• Updating contact information
• Payments/help with broken technology
• General school questions

Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Can assist with:

• High School Diplomas
• Work Permits
• Pay-to-Play Fees
• Sports physical forms (pick-up/drop off; dated after 4/15/24)
• Uploading sports physicals to FinalForms
• Testing Out Materials
• Paying off EMC courses
• High School Parking Permits
• Building tours

The High School office will be closed July 1-5.

Free meals will be made available this summer to children 18 years of age and under or persons up to age 26 who are enrolled in an educational program for the mentally or physically disabled that is recognized by a State or local public educational agency.

Location: Cedar Trails Elementary School

Dates: June 10, 2024 - August 7, 2024 (No meals July 1-5)

Schedule:

• Breakfast: 8 - 9 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 - 12:45 p.m.

Location: Weight room (enter through Red Hawk Stadium)

Dates: June 10 - July 25 (No conditioning July 1-5)

• 7-8:15 a.m. - JV/Varsity Football
• 8:30-9:45 a.m. - High School Men
• 10-11:15 a.m. - High School Women
• 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. - Middle Level Boys
• 12:30 p.m.-1:15 p.m. - Middle Level Girls

• Elementary Schools: Teacher assignments will be sent via email the week of August 12, 2024
• GSRP and Preschool: Parents will be contacted in mid-August
• Transportation: Letters will be mailed the week of August 5, 2024
• Back-to-School Information Email will be sent on August 5, 2024, including:
• Open House/Orientation Dates
• 24-25 School Hours
• Chromebook Information

Join us for our Back to School Bash open to all ages, students, and members in our community! The event will have giveaways of backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last), food, activities, and fun!
