Kids Create Art: Kids Create Art or KCA will be back at Open House this year! All Alamo student masterpieces will be displayed in the MPR between 5:30-7:30 PM on Thursday, May 19th. Please note that Open House in the classrooms is from 6:00-7:00 PM, so plan your time accordingly. These keepsakes will be on sale for a suggested donation of $40/each to benefit the art program funded by the Ed Fund. For express check out, please consider pre-purchasing your student's artwork here and we will have it ready for you to pick up. If you are unable to attend, we will arrange pick up at another time.
A huge thank you to our wonderfully creative art teacher Sara Padash for collaborating with our students on their art masterpieces, as well as our parent volunteers for their assistance with this project.
Dine and Donate-MYO Frozen Yogurt: The final restaurant giveback of the year will be held at MYO Frozen Yogurt in Alamo on Thursday, May 19th. Treat your student(s) before or after Open House with a frozen yogurt to celebrate this school year. Be sure to show this flyer or just mention Alamo School to the cashier so 20% of your purchase will benefit the Ed Fund. Myo is located in Alamo next to ACE Hardware and is open daily from noon-9 pm.
Unable to attend Bocce, Bubbles and BBQ? Donate towards our Fund-a-Need for equipment and technology updates here or contribute towards a teacher ticket here. For those of you who will attend, we are so excited to see your smiling faces on May 21st! Kudos go out to Echo Hamilton for her time and efforts planning this fundraiser!
Thank you to everyone who shopped at Sports Basement last week! Every little bit counts and helps us provide top notch education at Alamo School.
