We hope this Newsletter finds you and your families safe and recovering well from the storm. The effects of the hurricane have been significant for our students, families, faculty and staff. We know many are experiencing hardships. We are committed to supporting our community. If you are in need of resources, please see the Hurricane Impact Resource list below.

As a community, we need to retain and recruit the best educators and instructional support staff and enrich our educational programs to drive student achievement. A millage referendum for HCPS schools will be on the ballot this November. How will a millage help us? Learn More

The application window is now open for 2024-2025 HCPS RAISE High School Tutors!

The HCPS RAISE High School Tutoring program trains high school juniors and seniors as literacy tutors to provide additional support to kindergarten through third grade students.

Through this experience, high school students can earn community service hours while volunteering in our elementary schools during

the school day or afterschool during HOST. High school students who serve for 75 hours or more earn the state New Worlds Scholar award. Click here for more information!
