Dear Families,

How is it February already?!?! Valentine's Day parties will be held on February 12th. Communication will be sent by your child(ren)'s teacher regarding what they are doing in their grade level. Also note, there is No School on February 14th and 17th. Just like last year, conferences are in March so look for information on signing up at the end of February.

Flex your creative muscles with our Almost Super Family Build Challenge! This OPTIONAL activity is open to all Neihardt students and families. Create a project at home and bring it in to be displayed in the library.

This week, we learned all about the green zone in our Tuesday morning meeting. Examples of green zone feelings may include feeling calm, positive, ready to learn, happy, or focused. Next week, we will take a deeper look into the blue zone and the feelings that come along with it. Neihardt students are doing a great job of using their Zones of Regulation language in their classrooms!

Please note: until further notice we will only be offering Options 1, 2 and 4 on the below menu.

Thank you to Mr. Eckstrom, father of Greyson & Sawyer, Mr. Peek, father of Delaney & Cameron, and Joe Girthoffer, father of Justin who volunteered as our Watch D.O.G.S. this week. They spent their time in classrooms, PE, music class, eating lunch with their students and recess. We appreciate you coming in and volunteering.
