OAASIS - Journey To Success

Welcome to the 2025 school year! We are so excited to have you back and to welcome new faces joining our adult education community. Whether you just started classes or you are continuing your journey with us, know that you are part of a vibrant and supportive family dedicated to lifelong learning and growth.

This year holds tremendous potential, and we want to remind you that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Adult education is a powerful step toward your goals, and each class, skill, and connection you make brings you closer to success. No matter the challenges you may face, we believe in your ability to overcome them. You have already taken the brave step of investing in yourself—and that is something to be proud of.

We’re also thrilled to share some exciting events happening this year that you won’t want to miss! These are opportunities to connect with your peers, celebrate your accomplishments, and gain new insights:

1. The OAASIS Annual Meet and Greet – A perfect way to kick off the year, this event is a chance to meet fellow students, faculty, and legislators while building connections that will inspire and support you throughout your journey.

2. The DAACE/OAASIS Summit – This summit will offer workshops, guest speakers, and networking opportunities designed to empower and equip you with the tools you need for personal and professional growth.

3. Outstanding/National Honor Society Student Ceremony – A highlight of the year, this ceremony recognizes and celebrates the incredible achievements of some of our students. We hope to see many of you there, being honored for your hard work and dedication!

As we embark on this new year together, remember to set high expectations for yourself. Expect good things. Expect progress. Expect transformation. Your journey is unique, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Lean on your instructors, classmates, and the resources available to you—we are all rooting for your success.
