Attendance Matters! - End of Year Expectations
End-of-Year Attendance Reminders
If your student will be leaving school before June 18, please have them pick up and complete a Preplanned Absence Form from the Attendance Office in advance.
Field Trip Returns
Students returning from end-of-year field trips are expected to remain at school until the regular dismissal time. While they may ask to leave early, we kindly ask that all students stay on campus for the full day.
Early dismissals put a significant strain on our limited staff, especially as we supervise all grade levels and manage return logistics. 6th & 7th graders, upon return from their fieldtrips on June 17, will return their laptops then join 8th graders for a fun assembly.
8th graders, upon return from their fieldtrip on June 18, will return to their homerooms with the expectation that they remain in school until the 2:45 pm dismissal.
Please talk with your student ahead of time about staying until the end of the school day.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
